Battlefield 1 is the last good battlefield EA made.

Ironically, that game you feature has a campaign called "Lawrence of Arabia". Except that you never play Lawrence of Arabia. Lawrence is the emasculated narrator. You play a strong independent don't-need-no-man, Islamic warrior princess boss-whamen who is also very ugly. She is a fictional character - the Bedouins did not have female warriors - who single handedly completes the whole campaign. Completely ruins the campaign and is very immersive breaking. So EA was already ruined when that game came out.

Modern EA is such a money grub, my gf plays Sims 4, I looked at what buying her the full game/all DLC’s cost, it’s around $1000. WTF, how the hell do you justify $1000 for a A-tier game that came out in 2014? S-tier GTA V came out in 2015 and you can buy all expansions for $50.
