Our national health service is to help poor people who need help to care for ailments, not to pander to fads. I am not happy that you as an MP are trying to virtue signal a lesbians life choice, into free health care. Fuck off!

Is this not the problem. Things like this should be paid privately. But everyone wants it on the NHS. And the result is the NHS costs millions to fund everyone’s hobbies.
