Rubbish. Just rubbish. Should be ashamed of yourselves. To come off benefits you just end your claim & bingo. Once you have work off you go, with a six month window to reclaim if work is too much. That's the truth.

rubbish, theres a difference between reporting that hes feeling better and telling them he wishes to close his claim because hes fit for work again. if he said he wanted to close his claim they would instantly do it.

This is bullshit. If Gavin has claimed three years of sickness benefits while being fit for work, he's commited fraud. It's his responsibility to close his claim for pip, esa etc, not the DWPs.
