Instead of fighting back, he admitted the guy was partly right — then explained the principle he believed could turn Apple into an $8–10 billion-a-year business. And his answer had almost nothing to do with technology. Most companies, Jobs explained, work backwards. They build something technically impressive, fall in love with what they created, and only then ask how they are going to sell it. He had made that mistake himself so many times that he said he had the “scar tissue” to prove it. His rule was the opposite: start with the customer experience and work backwards to the technology. Jobs used the LaserWriter as an example. Inside the printer were a Canon laser engine, an Apple-designed controller, Adobe PostScript and AppleTalk. It was an extraordinary piece of engineering, but none of that was the reason he believed people would buy it. When the first page came out, Jobs looked at it and realized they didn't need to explain what was inside the machine. They could simply hold up the result and ask one question: Do you want this? That was the entire point. Customers don't pay you for how difficult your product was to build. They pay for what it does for them. Jen McCabe must think everyone is dumb. in an April 2022 grand jury she was asked 12 times about her statements regarding what KR said. Not once did she mention “I hit him 3x” Her reasoning - “I wasn’t asked that question.” She also claims she didn’t tell the grand jury about the jeep being out front because - You guessed it “she wasn’t asked.” However when it comes to answering questions regarding things that hurt her or the McAlberts, she has NO PROBLEM answering questions that she was not asked. In Colorado 8th district, a company cancelled a $190 million battery plant. In that same district, another company cancelled plans to build solar panels and scratched a $250 million investment and up to 900 jobs. In Georgia 12, an EV plant was cancelled. Another town in Georgia with a population 157 people lost out 166 jobs. They lost more jobs than they have people in that town because of the war on clean energy. In that same district, a copper foil manufacturing plant went bankrupt and Augusta, Georgia lost out on 350 jobs. In South Carolina, 250 jobs when construction of an EV plant was halted. In Michigan 10th, 167 jobs were lost— This is an industry that has been a source for jobs and growth. You’d expect the person in charge of defence to have a clear position on the spending target for his own department, yet he repeatedly dodged it. She asked if he agreed with his predecessor John Healey, who said he was certain Britain should reach 3% of GDP on defence by 2030: “Are you also certain about 3% of GDP by 2030? Is that a target?” Streeting: “I endorsed John Healey’s resignation letter wholeheartedly at the time. What you will see from Andy Burnham and John Healey as prime minister and chancellor is a commitment to make sure the defence investment plan is fully funded.” That’s not an answer. Sophy cut in: “I’m going to have to come in again. You are the Defence Secretary, do you believe in the target of spending 3% of GDP on defence by 2030?” He again referred back to agreeing with Healey and then talked at length about setting out “what we will fund and how we will fund it.” Still no direct answer. In the distance is an Offshore Wind Farm This is a wind farm that was built in the ocean, there are some located on the east coast The cost to built one of these farms is extremely expensive, about $2-$6 billion+ per wind farm The amount of energy they generate is about $150,000 million+ per year Over 20–30 years, these farms can generate billions in total energy value but they are extremely expensive to built up front
