Members to Seungmin 😭😭 🐿as you can tell from todays game, if you dont pull sneaky cheap tricks, you lose everytime 🥟 when i first got the draft yesterday i honestly wondered if we really had to hype up seungmin this much, i allowed myself to think that for a sec. But actually to be fair it must be hard for seungmin, since he had to carry this whole thing alone. 🐰 i was someone who wasn’t embarrassed during end of the month evaluations. even when we were asked to freestyle to a hip-hop track, other trainees would awkwardly freeze, embarrassed, but i would go all out and do everything. that’s why the pdogg pd who was there, would really look forward to my turn. he’d be like ‘when is choi soobin coming out? i hope he comes out soon and show us something interesting!’ then when it was my turn, they’d smile and say, ‘what are you going to show us today?’ that’s why i tried a lot of things back then. it was all about guts. i can’t do any of that now

Honestly, there were moments when I thought, I really didn’t have university life at all. But whatever you do, there are always things you have to give up. You can’t really hold onto everything. I do see my friends, they go hang out, have meals, do this and that, but I’m working. But it’s not that I don’t love my job, I love my job so much. I really enjoy it. It’s just that there’s a small part of me that feels like, I’m missing out on that life, because to be honest, I’m only 22 but by the time it’s on, I would be 23, there’s just a little bit of that feeling. But I would choose this over that for sure because I’m really happy working. Lately, I try to find joy when I work, if I can’t have a vacation, it’s okay because I find joy when I work. It might just be simple things like joking around with the team or getting to eat something delicious, or like feeling happy when filming, that’s already happy. And then my life is, I believe there are people who must be working hard, who also want to be like this, so it can suit each other as well. Just like before, same words, I really appreciate what things are right now, and I work very hard too, and believe that if I work hard, one day will have success

Look around you and see how people react. How they talk, how they look at you, how they judge you, what they do. Do they look at themselves, do they start to criticise other people? “Look around and you're going to learn the environment and the people that you have around you. “I cannot be prouder to work in a club with people that the only thing they could do is ask, what else can I do to help? “When you have people like this, I don't know if it's gonna take another week or two, but something good it will happen at the end because we deserve it.”

The first version was built in one day, and from there, he iterated his way to 100 people who loved the product: “The whole thing was just iterating, step by step trying to build something that made people happy.” The team decided that they needed to have 100 happy users before launching gmail to the world. To achieve this, Paul embedded a quick questionnaire in the interface that asked users: “Are you happy? Yes or No” Paul would then seek out all of the “No” responders and ask them directly: “What will it take to make you a happy user?” He ignored feedback from the people who said things like “it basically needs to be a clone of Outlook” because it was unlikely he would be able to convert them. But other people just needed a minor feature or a bug fix. So Paul worked on those requests one-by-one until he hit 100 happy users. Email was 30 years old when Paul started building gmail, and it’s pretty much impossible to enter a space like that and build something that appeals to everyone.
