🐰 i was someone who wasn’t embarrassed during end of the month evaluations. even when we were asked to freestyle to a hip-hop track, other trainees would awkwardly freeze, embarrassed, but i would go all out and do everything. that’s why the pdogg pd who was there, would really look forward to my turn. he’d be like ‘when is choi soobin coming out? i hope he comes out soon and show us something interesting!’ then when it was my turn, they’d smile and say, ‘what are you going to show us today?’ that’s why i tried a lot of things back then. it was all about guts. i can’t do any of that now

Honestly, there were moments when I thought, I really didn’t have university life at all. But whatever you do, there are always things you have to give up. You can’t really hold onto everything. I do see my friends, they go hang out, have meals, do this and that, but I’m working. But it’s not that I don’t love my job, I love my job so much. I really enjoy it. It’s just that there’s a small part of me that feels like, I’m missing out on that life, because to be honest, I’m only 22 but by the time it’s on, I would be 23, there’s just a little bit of that feeling. But I would choose this over that for sure because I’m really happy working. Lately, I try to find joy when I work, if I can’t have a vacation, it’s okay because I find joy when I work. It might just be simple things like joking around with the team or getting to eat something delicious, or like feeling happy when filming, that’s already happy. And then my life is, I believe there are people who must be working hard, who also want to be like this, so it can suit each other as well. The first version was built in one day, and from there, he iterated his way to 100 people who loved the product: “The whole thing was just iterating, step by step trying to build something that made people happy.” The team decided that they needed to have 100 happy users before launching gmail to the world. To achieve this, Paul embedded a quick questionnaire in the interface that asked users: “Are you happy? Yes or No” Paul would then seek out all of the “No” responders and ask them directly: “What will it take to make you a happy user?” He ignored feedback from the people who said things like “it basically needs to be a clone of Outlook” because it was unlikely he would be able to convert them. But other people just needed a minor feature or a bug fix. So Paul worked on those requests one-by-one until he hit 100 happy users. To My Day. 🐻: But really as I always say, the reason our concerts can be so fun is really because of you! I'm not just saying this~ When people come to our shows, the friends and family we've invited always say the same thing. I mean sure they say our songs are good or that we sing well but those are kind of like extra factors. They always tell me "Your fans are insane!" Your energy and the atmosphere we create together is honestly what makes the concerts so fun and makes people want to come! That's why we always tell you that you're really people who can do well no matter where u go! That's how we see you! Seriously! So you should feel proud of yourselves! Not just proud of us but proud of yourselves too. Because the way we see you is filled with pride as well. That's why why we can think and speak this way. But for real, thank you. I'm really grateful for the kind of relationship we formed in the first place, but I'm even more thankful that you kept it going like this. I really appreciate that. So, this is not about raising your self esteem. This is really what we see. You know me. I'm not the type of person who says things I don't mean. I can't even make up things even if I wanted to and it's obvious when I lie.
