It happened to me on my first. It happened within about 20 seconds. My whole body had a electric tingle all the way down my body. Like it was moving through my veins. But didn't feel it in my head. Straight away with that my heart beat went through the roof for about 40 minutes

Over 3 years for me. Just constant muscle stiffness and nerve pain. Very foggy and forgetful. Tinnitus. Etc. Orphenadrine helps keep me sane.

Today is not a good day 😔 Im struggling with my brain recovery I had a bad nights sleep as of pains and had to wear my leg brace. I had an accident with my bladder incontinence which gets me down. When I dont sleep it effects my emotions and makes me snappy which I cant help as my brains been so damaged. This then effects my speech. Ill be having a sleep at Lunchtime as my brain will slow down. I like to show the good and bad days of my recovery and keep things real life to help others.... #braininjury #mentalhealth #boxing
