Obviously the more Positional you coach, the more positional your team will play. This is because there are very clear and tangible differences between tactical paradigms like Positionism and Relationism.

Wondering what your opinion would be on swapping the word possible for necessary there Jamie? Minor detail but feel it helps players understand that the best solution isn’t always 1/2 touch and helps them to feel comfortable staying on the ball and inviting/escaping pressure.
