When I saw the brief, I thought, what could be tricky? Identity, slides, logo, a couple of colors, some fonts. But each day I discovered something new, and got more and more drawn into these quiet shapes and rhythms. Really excited to share this project with you!

I was literally in tears — y’all really showed out for me! 🥹 I wish I could add more slides to show just how much love I felt. I appreciate you all more than you know. Back when I thought fighting to be part of the bourgeoisie mattered more than good governance. I was working a 9-5 in a multinational, deeply involved in religious activities, I had marketing contracts with some bank and some Chinese media, I was eating good and I didn’t care about politics one bit. But I know I wasn’t alone. Over the last two years, something has shifted in Kenya. A national consciousness is waking up. And honestly, I love seeing formerly indifferent people step into their place in the national conversation. A country changes when ordinary people stop outsourcing citizenship.
