When I see clips like this I understand where Chris Weidman and Anthony Smith are coming from. Alex fanboys need to understand that even though his left hook is death, his holes in the grappling department is REAL.

We understand that, but why act guys like Khabib didn’t have major holes in his striking? Does that mean he sucks? No he was a great fighter who excelled at one thing SO well it didn’t matter that his striking fundamentals sucked. Weidman and DC are wrestlers coping.

No one is saying that Alex sucks though. They're saying he has a big hole and that it can be abused by the right person which is right. I think the difference with Khabib is that he actually faced multiple different types of fighters and because he wrestle, he can dictate where the fight goes and is very defensively sound. Alex faced only strikers and one mid MMA grappler who actually won a round against him.
