As I was playing with my children, I noticed the man had turned around and was watching me and my children, licking his lips and pursing his lips and smiling. I immediately grabbed my children to leave and also took photos and videos, I did shout at him that I was phoning the police to scare him away but he stayed there. When I got my kids in the car, he started walking away so I recorded him to see where he was going for information for the police. He then started to approach my car so I drove away. The police have been called and a van did go there about 15 minutes later. Just wanted to make people aware."
