I like him but I disagree with this, if you have any kind of anxiety disorder or previous trauma trigger warnings are invaluable for helping you make an informed decision about whether you can handle that show.

When I was young in the 1980s the BBC had trigger warnings, or content warnings as they were/are known before the alt-right existed, before all sorts of programs, even episodes of Red Dwarf got them, and no one lost their minds over it.

Having witnessed the domestic violence scenes in "I, Tonya" induce a full-on epileptic seizure in an audience member, I'm gonna say keep the trigger warnings in. You might not need them, but other people do.
