@JasonKander This is nonsensical. Tobacco, tires, et al are not intended to wound/kill people. Firearms have as their primary purpose wounding and killing. It’s what they do. There is no sane comparison here. You’re advocating denying an enumerated right via massive lawsuits.

@JasonKander Sure, PLCAA sucks. But this, and every other instance of modern legislative failure to regulate, is rooted in campaign finance reform. If the NRA is allowed to give endless amounts of money to election campaigns, nothing will change.
