@JasonKander This is nonsensical. Tobacco, tires, et al are not intended to wound/kill people. Firearms have as their primary purpose wounding and killing. It’s what they do. There is no sane comparison here. You’re advocating denying an enumerated right via massive lawsuits.

@JasonKander Sure, PLCAA sucks. But this, and every other instance of modern legislative failure to regulate, is rooted in campaign finance reform. If the NRA is allowed to give endless amounts of money to election campaigns, nothing will change.

Until guns start growing wings, flying around and shooting people by themselves, we do not have a GUN problem. It is a PEOPLE problem. When it comes to safeguarding, how can we tell the difference between a real vs false "trans woman?"
