However when she tried doing this here, it wouldn’t work because you use to turn the key to the left. Other people are criticizing her and blaming her for not knowing how to open a door. But as with many things when going abroad, we don’t think about something as simple as that. Should the owner have at least showed her how to do it knowing she’s not from around there?
