LMAO! I got into an argument with an Electrician who did the wiring for a housing development. He claim everything was good because he metered from the hot leg to ground and got zero volts. I had to explain it measures a difference in voltage. So if he’s getting zero from ground it’s BECAUSE HE WIRED 120V INTO THE GROUND ON THE RECEPTACLES!! Fortunately the o ly bad thing that happened was it melted the Comcast COAX all the way back to the Comcast splitter on the pole. HIRE AMERICAN WHO ARE LICENSED. California new homes are 💩.
