They probably think "William just lets things slide." "That nothing gets to him." But I take a lot in. When something's wrong, or when I pick something up, when my radar catches it, I take it away and stew on it myself. Sometimes it's someone else's business and I hear about it, carry it around, and get stressed. That happens.For example, Est. He's my partner. He used to be extremely emotional. Back then I'd look at him and feel nothing. I'd comfort him, but I didn't actually feel anything with him. But since then I've discovered that I do feel it, and I'd been holding it in the whole time. I never told anyone. I just had nowhere to let it out. I used to vent into my phone notes. Whatever I felt, I'd type it out. You probably wouldn't be able to read it. One thought comes, then another. I'd just type. That was how I vented. And I held it all in, until around when ThamePo came out. My first series. I was completely cut off. And then it just hit. The tears came out of nowhere. If you hate KAT, I suggest you reconsider... "I feel like other than losing a child there's nothing worse you could go through and it builds you up and it strengthens you beyond measure. That's why I got Philippians 4:13 and the date tattooed on my neck. I could do all things through Christ who strengthens me but I was strengthened on April 13 when I lost my mother. That's been my favorite Bible verse my whole entire life since I was little. I didn't know the significance it would have in my life when I became an adult. But what I do know is that I truly can do anything when I walk in faith, when I walk with the angels beside me. I feel anything's possible, I feel nothing's impossible... I'm just grateful to be in this position because I know a lot of friends in mind that are not here to see this moment. I know a lot of people I love tremendously that aren't here to give me that hug or to give me that text message. I'm doing this for them. I do this for them, I do it for my mother's country, I do it for everybody in Dominican Republic, I do it for everyone in the city that welcomed my mother when she immigrated over. I do it for all my family in New Jersey that allowed me to be raised and allowed me to love this game of basketball and allowed me to be a kid with my mother and enjoy those times. #donghae #동해 🐶: I got physical therapy yesterday, and they said my body is in serious condition, it could get much worse. That made me really sad. I’ll really take better care of my health. Honestly, I’m upset. While performing “Mr. Simple,” I almost teared up. The pain I feel whenever I move made me think, “Can I only dance for a little while longer?” I believe I can dance even in my 50s and 60s. I feel like I could still jump and fly around. But when I actually move, jumping, spinning, sitting and standing quickly, I feel those tiny pains. Your body tells you the truth. It makes me sad, like before my knee surgery when I wanted to move freely but couldn’t. I feel pitiful when I see myself like that. Still, I’ll do my best on stage for you. A concert is about connection. It’s not just me having fun, you need to feel it too. When I see you happy, I become happier. So I realized I need to take better care of myself. Doing a live after the concert feels really nice. I’d like to keep talking like this after shows, answering your questions and sharing my thoughts. Some of you may be going through harder times than me, or dealing with pain and discomfort. Health comes first, above everything else. Don’t stress too much over other things. Let’s all take better care of our health, me and our ELFs.

( 🐰 it actually really hurt my feelings back then. whenever i tried to approach yeonjun hyung and start a conversation, he would just try to hide everything and it felt like he was putting up a wall. but that day, while we were drinking together, for the first time in years, he opened up and shared his honest feelings with me. so i ended up crying that day… while we were talking 👤 why? what made you cry? 🐰 just while i was listening, it suddenly started coming out… i hadn’t cried like that in a while. he’s kind of like a ‘sore finger’ for me, you know… and he was going through a really tough time back then, but it felt like he was in the process of becoming a better person, someone stronger. i think that’s what made me feel really happy about it. i was really relieved

Sometimes things happen for a reason. Toxic people have a way of removing themselves from your life and while showing their true colors at the same time. I used to have a friend in my friend group that I hung out with all the time. I thought we were all tight and we had fun every weekend. Turned out he was just using me for rides. What made it weird is that we hung out for years, I never saw it coming. It wasn’t until he drank too much that he let the truth slip out and from that point on I questioned his motives and it made me reflect on everything. I’m at a point in life now that I trimmed a lot of people out. I only keep a close circle. It turned out many family members were doing the same thing. It’s rough when you feel that there isn’t many you can trust. It makes you value the people close to you now even more. Have you ever had to cut someone out of your life? Do you regret it or feel guilt for it?

I’m going to step away for a while. Charlie meant more to me than I can put into words. I’ve been contributing to TPUSA for years, and he has been in my headphones for hundreds of hours. Yesterday my grief finally turned into anger, and I don’t like how it makes me feel. I lashed out at someone who didn’t deserve it. I don’t feel like myself, and I don’t know how to process this. I’m going to step away for a while. Charlie meant more to me than I can put into words. I’ve been contributing to TPUSA for years, and he has been in my headphones for hundreds of hours. Yesterday my grief finally turned into anger, and I don’t like how it makes me feel. I lashed out at someone who didn’t deserve it. I don’t feel like myself, and I don’t know how to process this.
