Teen suspect takes officers on foot chase only to make action movie style escape by jumping in a getaway car. Officers pulled a vehicle over at a Valero gas station in Cleveland, Ohio. Before they could even make contact with the driver, both the driver and the passenger exited the car. When ordered to stop, a teenage suspect decided to make a run for it, sparking a high-speed foot chase through the surrounding streets. The officers called for additional units and AIR-1 to maintain visual contact with the vehicle before attempting a traffic stop in the 12300 block of Greenville Avenue. As officers approached and ordered the driver to exit the vehicle, the car took off, and the officers immediately began to pursue it.
