When our founders created the judicial branch, they intended it to settle disputes, not to curtail nationwide executive policy. We need to restore the system of checks and balances and ensure the credibility of our judicial system by prohibiting universal injunctions.

Then tell you boy to stop writing illegal EOs while you all sit back and do nothing. If you stood up for what you know is illegal, then the Judiciary wouldn’t have to do your job for you. You know this is the case. Stop lying to your constituents.

I don’t remember this outrage when rogue corrupt right wing federal judges blocked Covid relief of $10,000 for student loans?? Or when corrupt right wing federal judges blocked abortion and abortion pills?? But when judges fail race republicans to abide by the Constitution??

Senator Britt, our Founding Fathers explicitly sought to avoid another king—someone who could unilaterally issue orders, proclamations, or laws without oversight. This is precisely why they empowered our judicial branch: to ensure no executive could trample our constitutional rights unchecked. If you genuinely believe curtailing this crucial safeguard against executive overreach is wise, you may be as mad as King George himself.

The Supreme Court has ruled: You are required to submit your private information to the federal government for businesses. Including home address, copy of your driver's license, and other details. Failure results in fines and imprisonment. Dump your unwanted company today!

Nationwide injunctions have become a weapon for activist judges to block policies they dislike, paralyzing the executive branch and undermining constitutional separation of powers. The Injunctive Authority Clarification Act of 2025 directly addresses this judicial overreach by limiting courts to ruling on actual parties in a case—exactly what the Founders intended. Single district judges shouldn’t hold veto power over laws affecting 330 million Americans. This reform restores accountability: if a policy is flawed, Congress can fix it through legislation rather than letting unelected judges legislate from the bench. The current system creates chaos—like when Biden-era courts blocked border security measures, fueling the crisis that President Trump and VP Vance are now cleaning up. Time to end the judicial activism industrial complex and return to constitutional governance.

Katie, you are wrong on this! The judicial branch is doing their job and abiding by their oath! Are you?

Sad to see you supporting this MAGA talking point. I know you know better. Of the 3 branches, Judiciary is performing the closest to what was intended by the Founders. The Executive is pushing well beyond what was intended, while the Congress cowers in fear of @elonmusk's $.

The courts are deciding disputes. The president thinks his EOs are lawful/constitutional & others think they’re not. It’s their job to interpret the laws & Constitution. How do you idiots not understand that?

Then why don't you do something about it other than virtue signal on X ?

Only when we prohibit biased activist politically motivated Judges and DA’s can we truly restore a trusted judicial system that always does the right thing. Right now, we just have the opposite.

You mean like is the fact that persons are accorded due process by the Constitution? And if so, as the plain text says, can the Executive continue to deny it to persons?
