Got stuck in the IndiGo mess last night. Our 8 PM flight took off at 6 AM. After 10 long hours. Kids were crying. Old people were waiting. But, there were NO updates. The ground staff tried their best but they got all the hate. And honestly, they didn’t deserve that. IndiGo knew the delays. But instead of helping, they kept everyone waiting. We finally reached home safe… but this should not have happened. IndiGo, do better.
