Arrogant Behaviour by Passenger at Kolkata Airport In a shocking and absolutely unacceptable incident at Kolkata Airport, an Indigo ground staff member was slapped by a frustrated passenger. The passenger, enraged over flight cancellations caused by an ongoing shortage of cabin crew, chose violence instead of dealing with the situation in a civil and responsible manner.Flight disruptions are undoubtedly frustrating for everyone, but that does not give any individual the right to assault frontline staff who are simply doing their job. These employees have no control over operational challenges, yet they are the ones who face the anger, abuse, and aggression of entitled passengers. Such behaviour reflects a growing problem in public spaces people believing that anger and assault are valid ways to express dissatisfaction. This kind of arrogance not only sets a horrible example but also threatens the safety and dignity of those who work tirelessly to support passengers, even during chaotic situations. It’s high time the public understands that violence is never a solution. If passengers face inconvenience, there are proper channels to raise complaints. But laying hands on staff is a criminal act and should be dealt with strictly. Got stuck in the IndiGo mess last night. Our 8 PM flight took off at 6 AM. After 10 long hours. Kids were crying. Old people were waiting. But, there were NO updates. The ground staff tried their best but they got all the hate. And honestly, they didn’t deserve that. IndiGo knew the delays. But instead of helping, they kept everyone waiting. We finally reached home safe… but this should not have happened. IndiGo, do better.

Because of their drama, other passengers are facing serious inconvenience. They don’t have even basic civic sense no respect for others, no understanding of how to behave in public spaces. Literally zero civic sense. Swimming in these beautiful natural waters and making them dirty is completely unacceptable. I have personally seen many people using soap and shampoo in these rivers. You can even see a tent in the background, and many people leave their plastic, food wrappers and other waste behind instead of taking it back with them. Our rivers, lakes and mountains are not dustbins. They are part of Kashmir’s natural heritage and deserve respect. #kashmir

🚨🇬🇧 WATCH: ALDI STAFF CLASH WITH FATHER AND DISABLED CHILD This video appears to show an Aldi cashier accusing a dad of shoplifting in front of his disabled child. When he challenges it, a security guard comes over and puts his hands on the man instead of calming things down. Whatever the store rules, there is no excuse for heavy handed treatment of a customer in front of a clearly distressed child. If this is how some staff now feel entitled to behave, Aldi has a serious problem with training, standards and basic respect. Nobody should be treated like a criminal for doing their shopping with their own child.
