I’ve lost my best friend to cancer, so knowing that he went through his own battle and is now here, living his dream and paying it forward through his music, means more to me than I can explain. Seeing someone overcome something so difficult and then turn that experience into art that touches people’s hearts, brings them comfort, helps them heal, and inspires them is just really special to me. I haven’t been very active online lately due to medical reasons and my studies. There were times when I thought about giving up my accounts and just supporting him quietly from afar.
