So business was profiting from exploitation and illegal immigration whilst @MYANC government and @deptoflabour did nothing to stop it yet the blame us put on poor South Africans?

Looks like it's only South Africa that should provide basic housing, basic education and basic opportunities, yet there are 53 other shit holes out there run by useless and corrupt dictators, and he's saying nothing about them.

Governments cannot "give" anything to anyone without first taking it from someone else. Tribalism at its finest.

Who's this one claiming to be for the rule of law yet protecting illegal foreigners. Free movement of people wasn't meant to disregard other country's Sovereignty by entering illegally.

@Mjudana Freedom of movement.. how practical is that, really ? You can catch criminals here in South Africs, how you think you can catch them when they can freely move to Nigeria and Sudan 🚮

This guy is contradicting himself. Slavery is a crime. Who is he to be fighting on behalf of the cooperate industry. To have people in the country is overwhelming our public service system. Graduates in South Africa can not find jobs because people from outside are taking them.

Statement is ignorant....where the vision lacks the people perish....chose your leaders wisely....you get what you tolerate

These conversations will lead us to nowhere as long as more is expected from South Africa than other African countries.

Just because you are using big words doesn't mean you are speaking sense. This man is essentially saying we should be okay with undocumented foreigners working in South Africa because we as South African don't want to be exploited.

Pls tell me sir.. if he can go to Zim, Naija and say what he just said about government and live to see the interview on tv. Call government leaders corrupt and go home safely. What are the other 53 states doing to ensure free movement of Africans within Africa?

What government should do is to send a delegation of business owners and entrepreneurs all over Africa. And negotiate free trade. Most African countries import from Europe or Asia South Africa should grab a share of that market which will revive the manufacturing
