If the Earth is flat then it has to have an edge. If it's round, you just return to the starting point. Zero risk unless you're worried it may distract you from your deeply held belief.

Have you ever been inside an airplane and walked to the bathroom? You would have to run at over 600 mph in order to reach the restroom. The moon is not speeding up and slowing down. 😂

I don't dismiss flat earth but I have never seen solid proof. The moon is locked in earth's gravity so its speed is not independent and the speed is completely irrelevant.
