This video is from Bengal after the 2021 election results, and this was not isolated case. There were many such videos insulting the ‘PM OF INDIA’ They had every right and freedom to mock PM Modi and burn his effigy. But now they can’t handle the same. TMC’s Mahua Moitra had said that violence is part of Bengal’s culture. But PM Modi said, “Hum badla nahi, badlav ki rajneeti karenge.” TMC itself encouraged such things. Now they should learn to face it when it comes back.

"When the Pulwama incident (of 2019) happened, I told PM Modi it was our fault. He asked me to keep quiet about it. I thought they would initiate a probe. A while later, NSA Ajit Doval called me and asked me to keep quiet too. He was with me in law school. There has been no probe since. They started taking political benefits from it right from the next day saying, 'When you vote, remember the sacrifices of Pulwama soldiers'," said Satya Pal Malik, former Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, as spoke about the 2019 Pulwama terror attack. Today marks seven years since 40 CRPF personnel were martyred in the terror attack that shook the nation on 14 February 2019. Here's a lookback at Malik's conversation with Eshwar in February 2024 in which he levelled allegations against his own party's government. When asked why he did not step down as the Governor following the attack, he said: "The truth is, I had spoken up two hours after the incident. The PM was on a shoot at Jim Corbett National Park. He met me in the evening and asked about what happened. I thought there would be a probe. All this was while I was the Governor. They had asked for 5 aircraft which they had denied. I would ferry stuck students in aircraft. If they hadn't taken the road, the incident would not have happened." "People say whatever they want to. If one is to look at it responsibly, I was the head of a state. I was not there to precipitate a crisis. I could only try to explain things. I did that. I spoke to the PM about that. But I cannot be expected to resign every day over everything. I highlighted it, and I spoke up," he said.

VIDEO | Kolkata: Reacting to the Murshidabad railway crossing accident, TMC leader Mahua Moitra says, "An incident took place today in Govindapur, Murshidabad, where the railway gate was not lowered when a school van carrying five children was crossing. The children have died. It is a very sad incident. The Railway Ministry must clamp down on this system because anything that depends on human intervention, where a person is responsible for closing a gate, is prone to human error. It is high time we moved to a fully automated system, and I would urge the Railway Minister to treat this as a top priority. Unfortunately, safety issues in India continue to receive very low priority. Even in 2026, we are witnessing deaths like these, where a vehicle crosses a railway track and children lose their lives. We have also seen the KAVACH system. It is supposed to cover the entire railway network, but that has still not happened. While a high-speed railway line worth Rs 1.30 lakh crore has been built between Mumbai and Ahmedabad, the cost of covering the entire Indian Railways network with KAVACH is around Rs 63,000 crore. Yet that has not been completed. We have no objection to high-speed railways, but we believe the Railways' priority should be safety measures, both on the tracks and in situations like this."

In a few days time we shall mark Hon. PM Narendra Modi’s birthday as a part of #SevaPakhwada2025 . Wish to recall how, based on my experience, I see a strong leader in PM Modi who is caring and compassionate too. The day of my very first budget speech is one I will never forget, though not for the reasons most might expect. I had barely reached home after the Budget speech when my phone rang. It was the Hon'ble Prime Minister. The first words I heard were filled with genuine worry: “Why didn’t you take care of yourself?” Before I could even gather my thoughts, he had already acted. He sent his personal doctor straight to my home, instructing him to run all the necessary tests and make sure I was absolutely fine. What moved me most was that this concern did not fade with time. Even today, every now and then, he reminds me: “Are you looking after yourself? How are you keeping?” For someone who leads a nation, who juggles responsibilities that touch every corner of the country, to remember and worry about the well-being of his colleagues is something extraordinary. People see Hon'ble PM Narendra Modi ji as a strong, serious, and determined leader, and yes, he is all of that. But I have also seen another side of him, one that is tender, thoughtful, and humane.
