A Norwegian correspondent Helle Lyng asked PM Modi why doesn’t he do Press Conferences To which the Indian Embassy in Norway has now replied that there will be a press conference 🤯 All eyes on PM Modi if he’ll do this press conference or someone else 🙏

Manmohan Singh: 114 press conferences in 10 years. After every foreign visit, he faced the press. Narendra Modi: 12 years as PM. No regular open press conference.. On Dr. Singh’s jayanti, this clip is the reminder. A PM who answers the press is accountable. A PM who doesn’t is just broadcasting.

Nobody exposes PM Narendra Modi better than CM Modi on accountability. For the Prime Minister, accountability appears to be a virtue reserved for others. When in Opposition, he demands it relentlessly, but when in power, he evades it completely. The PM is an escapist. He is elusive, avoids press conferences, sidesteps Parliament and deflects every responsibility with spectacles and distractions.

12 yrs of PM Modi are, hands down, the best India has had. He is sowing the seeds of Viksit Bharat through infra, railways, energy security, semiconductors, UPI industries. Meanwhile, Congress’s only achievement was having a "mute" PM who gave scripted press conferences.
