I miss my Nokia 7610. It was bigger than most product models back then but I loved its colour scheme and layout

Inventive and knowledgeable engineers and designers were employed, or made their own way through. 🤷‍♀️

端末の厚みが1.5cmあれば、いろいろと面白い物理的な仕掛けを施すことができるのだろうけど、厚くなることは誰も求めていないから、こういうのが復権することは無いんだろうね。
