A GENTLE GIANT’S BFF 🐾 WATCH: Raven, a three-year-old Great Dane, acts like a big baby each time her elderly neighbor passes by and gives Raven her favorite treat — malunggay bread. Jill Duran Pinat, owner of Raven, said that this is the daily routine of Raven and Granny Sharita in Mambaling, Cebu City. She uploaded this last week on her Facebook page, and to her surprise, it has reached over four million views, touching the hearts of netizens. This just goes to show that friendships are forged in the most unexpected ways and can turn out to be entirely beautiful. 📹: Jill Duran Pinat via Immae Lachica #CDNDigital

Aqua having less character development than Galleria, Chanel, and Dorinda is a writing issue, not a Kiely issue. Actors don’t write their own storylines. And let’s not act like Aqua was the only character whose personality changed throughout the movies. Galleria was basically Raven Baxter in The Cheetah Girls 2, but we’re not gonna clock that tea? Y’all can like whoever you want, but reducing Aqua to “she yelled for taxis, liked fashion, and had pen pals” completely misses what made The Cheetah Girls work. The magic was four different personalities, four different voices, and the chemistry they had together. Kiely has publicly said more than once that she’d be down to do another Cheetah Girls movie regardless of past history. So if she’s not in this reunion, I genuinely hope it’s because it was her decision. If she was excluded, that would be a disappointing look for a franchise built on sisterhood and unity.

Bruce Willis took the role of Dr. Malcolm Crowe in The Sixth Sense, starring alongside Haley Joel Osment, due to a contract obligation. He owed Disney a film after backing out of another project, so they cast him and it went on to become one of his biggest hits.

Sijui kwanini niko na damu ya kupendwa na watoto hivi? Last Sunday, I bonded with a four-year-old baby, Talisha, when they came all the way from Nakuru to my office with her shosh and aunties seeking help after her mum, Anita, was tragically stabbed to death by her KDF husband Captain Edwin as the baby watched. Jana we talked, and I promised to call her this morning but I forgot because of my busy schedule. Watoi wa siku hizi usijaribu kuwadanganya she just asked her aunt Faith to call me and said, “Uncle Sonko, why didn’t you call me in the morning as you promised?” That moment broke me. I felt so guilty. I’m sorry, baby. From today, I will call you every single day. You are not alone. I will support you. May your lovely mum rest in peace.

On September 7, during a Russian attack on Kyiv, Tetiana suffered burns over 95% of her body. Tetiana was in the seventh month of her pregnancy. The doctors had to perform an emergency C-section to save her baby. He survived but experienced numerous complications related to the nature of his injuries: his blood did not clot, he had inflammatory processes, and infections. Over the course of almost three months, the baby underwent four surgeries. The doctors fought for Tetiana's life but she died in the hospital from her injuries. She wanted to name her baby boy Nazar. So her family honored Tetiana's wish. Nazar has now been discharged from the hospital. His aunt, Oksana, who will care for him, will take him to live in Ivano-Frankivsk. His dad, Vadym, is still recovering from the attack.
