When ripping apart one's engine, that’s a guy math that will check out. You pull the head, lay out every bolt like chess pieces, and suddenly the weekend evaporates. “Just while I’m here” turns into six agendas deep—new gaskets, that seized pulley you swore you’d replace later, the mystery...

‼️🚨 WELCOME TO THE NEW AMERICA! 🇺🇸 ⚠️ COMING SOON! 💀 Where your silence has been weaponized. And your compliance is the currency of your own extinction. 🧵👇 YOU don’t need a history book to know we lost something. YOU can feel it. In your bones. In your breath. In that quiet ache you carry when the screen goes dark and you finally admit to yourself that nothing feels real anymore. That’s not depression. That’s your soul trying to scream through the noise. Because deep down, you know what I’m about to say is true: You were born into a lie so massive, so well designed, you defended it before you ever questioned it. You were trained to obey before you could even speak. Taught to smile at the leash because it came with likes and upgrades. And now? You’re trapped in a country that looks like freedom but moves like a prison. The Social Credit System you heard about in China? It’s here. Just hidden under different names. Every purchase. Every click. Every silence. Scored. Profiled. Analyzed. Not for your benefit; but for your obedience. And the worst part? They never had to use force. You volunteered. You downloaded the cage. You gave it your face, your fingerprint, your voice. And you did it for convenience. Not because you were stupid. Because you were tired. Because you were just trying to survive. Because you just wanted to feel safe for one more day in a world that keeps deleting pieces of your humanity every time you speak out. But I see you. I see the exhaustion behind your smile. The fear in your scroll. The grief you don’t talk about because you think no one would understand. I understand. Because I’ve felt it too; that sinking feeling that somehow, we’re all dying before we ever get to live. But here’s the truth they hope you never remember: You are not crazy. You are not broken. You are not alone. You are waking up in the middle of a war they said didn’t exist. And your pain? It’s not weakness. It’s proof you haven’t been fully conquered. That ache you feel when reading this? That’s the last living part of you remembering what freedom feels like. LIKE. SHARE. FOLLOW. Not for me. For the version of you that still believes you were born for something more than silent slavery behind a shiny screen. Let this post be the line in the sand. The moment your heart finally said: ENOUGH. You are not here to behave. You are here to remember. And once you do; nothing can stop you. 🧵 Continued Below 👇

Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque was asked about a comment Damian Priest made recently about the same talent being in the top spots, and answers Jamie Iovine’s question on how he feels about the current generation of stars going forward and the “changing of the guard” right now in WWE — “Look, I get that. If you’re the guy that wants to take the spot, it’s frustrating when there’s guys above you that have the spot. We’re in a period of time where there’s a lot of top performers in top spots that over time have earned those spots and are selling tickets and are incredibly popular. So you really have to do something. The narrative of ‘It’s my turn. I’ve been here for a while’. There’s no turns. That’s not how it works. You earn the spot. Believe me. If somebody is getting over more than somebody else, we move that person into the spot and move the other person down. But it’s not just that, it’s not just they’re getting the loud crowd reaction. Are they going to be good in the spot? Are they going to hold up their end of the bargain? Are they going to screw up if we give it to them? Are they going to make a mistake that we regret? — There’s all those things factored in. And I love the fact that sometimes, talent are like ‘Well, it’s frustrating.’ Great, that means work harder. Get yourself there. Figure it out. Figure out the way. Figure how it gets done. I’ve seen a million talent succeed because of what they do. Not because storyline or creative. ‘They gave them the spot’. 99% of the time in this business, the person gets over then gets the push. That’s how it works. That’s how it’s supposed to work. You go do you then we follow it, because otherwise, most of the time, they will choke on it if it’s not what the fans believe in. Big believer in if you want the spot, go take it. Whenever anybody says ‘I don’t know why I’m not in that spot’…well I don’t know, are you more over than Cody? Roman? Punk? Liv? IYO? The people that are in that spot get there. Make those crowd reactions. Whatever you need to make it happen, that’s what we’re all here to do. I love that mentality because I think it makes people work harder, and if they’re not willing to work to get the spot then you shouldn’t have it anyway.” — via #SummerSlam Post-Show

Joe Mazzulla refuses to call himself a championship head coach, because he doesn’t want his identity to be attached to outcomes “I’m not a championship head coach. I’m just a guy that won a championship with a bunch of other people. It comes back to the identity piece. You start walking around saying… Oh, I’m a championship head coach.’ There’s coaches who are better than I am who may have never even gotten to the playoffs. You can’t start looking at success because of that.” “In your wording is the most important thing. I’m just a guy that won a championship with a group of people. We did it together. My identity cannot be wrapped up in that…Or else, you’re just a failure for the rest of your life because you may only get one.” “If you coach for 20 and you go one out of 20… Did you have one successful year and 19 unsuccessful ones? What does that look like? The first test is being very specific about the story you tell yourself and the words that you use.” “Knowing that, I didn’t do anything. There’s a group of us that did this. And then it’s over. When you are fortunate enough to win… It tests your willpower. How are we going after more? After the first one, you’re kind of like in purgatory.” “You now have a sense of what it’s like… But you might not get back. It may take one year. It may take 10. You just don’t know.” “It tests… Are you in it for the right reasons? Because it may never come back around. But you still got to show up every day.”

Elon Musk said five words on Joe Rogan that explain everything wrong with your life right now. Musk: “Happiness is reality minus expectations.” Five words. And it explains why the most comfortable generation in human history can’t stop feeling empty. Musk: “If you just go try living in the woods by yourself for a while, you’ll learn that civilization is quite great.” He’s right. On Naked and Afraid, people tap out in days. Sometimes hours. They crawl back to the same civilization they spent years resenting. Because comfort is invisible until you’re sleeping in the dirt. But the formula has a second variable. It’s the one destroying you. Reality didn’t get worse. By every measure, it’s the best it’s ever been. Expectations did. Your grandparents compared themselves to their neighbor. Maybe a cousin. That was the whole universe. You compare yourself to 10,000 strangers before your first cup of coffee. Curated. Filtered. Showing you a life that doesn’t exist. Theodore Roosevelt said it a century before any of this was built. Roosevelt: “Comparison is the thief of joy.” No Instagram. No TikTok. No algorithm designed by the smartest engineers on the planet to show you precisely what you don’t have. And he still called it. Now run the equation. Reality holds steady. Expectations spike every time you unlock your phone. The distance between them stretches. And happiness doesn’t fade. It collapses. Not because your life got worse. Because your reference point moved. We built the greatest civilization in human history. Then we built the perfect machine to make sure nobody enjoys it. Every scroll. Every notification. Every “suggested for you.” None of it connects you. It’s recalibrating what you think you need. Upward. Constantly. Without your consent. And you wonder why you feel behind. You’re not behind. You’re running toward a finish line that moves every time you look up. The most dangerous lie of this generation isn’t that life is hard. It’s that everyone else figured it out. And you’re the only one who didn’t. Nobody figured it out. The formula doesn’t negotiate. It just runs. Raise expectations faster than reality improves and you will be miserable inside a paradise you built with your own hands. That’s not philosophy. That’s arithmetic. And the calculator is in your pocket right now.
