It wasn't naive to suggest that; it was desperation because she knew the bill was terrible and knew she was the one who allowed it to pass. Murkowski hoped that the House would bail her out.

If she wanted changes made to the bill, she would used her leverage, and she had plenty, to get them made before it was voted on. She folded under pressure, because she was scared of the heat.

Not naive... Dumb.

@lisamurkowski not taking responsibility for her vote for the big ugly bill. You had THREE CHOICES, Lisa. You could have voted no until the bill was fixed.

If she didn't like the bill, it behooved her to vote no. Because of the Trump, Vance and GOP Medicaid cuts, Nebraska has already announced a closing of a health care clinic. They have no plan as to how to get patients the care that they need. The media and GOP have ignored that!

She’s a coward who has no integrity or honor.

If she wanted the bill to go to conference committees, then she should've voted NO. It may not have been naive, on her part, to suggest it could happen. But by voting YES, she prevented it from happening.

And one day pigs may indeed fly.

You made a choice Lisa and WeThePeople will remember

Ok! Where is your follow up question?
