My S1 has recurring HMI display blinking & heating issue. HMI was already replaced under Extended Warranty Comprehensive, but now service center is unable to process wiring harness warranty due to a system error: "Selected Item Service Contract is invalid." Plz resolve this issue

My Ola stopped in the middle of the road while driving. Ola emergency pickup came after 2 days and took the vehicle. No update after that. When I call the customer support, they don’t know where my vehicle is. It’s been a week, no update, no ticket to track. #neverBuyOla.

Its not true, team ready to serve, but due to spare parts and not proper support by HO SERVICE not happened on time, my scooter parked last 28 days at Bhubaneswar service stn. Pls do the needful action to maintain ur hyper service commitment

My bike is on service mode without intimation. My bike is parked at home and cannot use due to this. I have informed you on DM one weeks ago . Still the service mode is not disabled. Your support center number is never responding. You never reply to the email.

Check the Indra Nagar service centre 😆. Loads of scooters still waiting for service. They just try fooling customers by making fake promises. And they claim that company reserves all the rights to amend the Care+ policy retrospectively, after one purchases the plan.

Since 16th june my scooter is in sc for bms replacement just after long vacation of 4 month in thane service centre from 3 rd jan to 29th april and since 4 time i called for update to customer centre and they are just saying we will update, i have lost more then 6month warrenty
