Scooter delivery from bareilly Ola service center after two months, things are stolen... noone is responsible.

My scooter is in under service since 24dec 2025,got appointment after 20 days of first ticket raised on 03dec 2025. I am suffering without scooter since 3rd December 2025. Having lot of trouble as two wheeler is daily needed for commute. Please repair in a day and prove this..

Don't you have shame... pathetic after sales service you are giving...your Hari nagar Gurgaon service centre is always closed... whenever I visit...right now I have an appointment and your service centre is closed..what to do...

@OlaElectric @OlaSupport I had raised an insurance claim for my Ola Gen 2 scooter. The claim was approved, but due to non-availability of required parts, my vehicle has been lying at the service center for more than 1–1.5 months. This kind of delay is unacceptable.

My Ola stuck at Sarkhej Ahmedabad service centre for 150 days. I have ola care plus plan n warranty but there is no value. When I send msg reply investigating matter n solve issue in priority. After 150 days no priority n not solve issue. Battery n scooter damage at service centr

Please take our reviews as well, I am existing customer and not getting promptly services, ask about my pain too.. Scooter under repair since 24th December 2025.. Do the job rather than promoting fake promises.
