Former MLA and BRS leader Balka Suman was arrested and dragged from his house a little while ago. The allegation was that Balka Suman pelted stones at Telangana Labor Minister Vivek’s convoy yesterday. Yesterday, a scuffle erupted during the Kyathanpally municipal election between the supporters of both parties. Telangana is in absolute political turmoil ever since the municipal election results came in. It was a neck to neck fight between BRS and Congress in most places. But where Congress didn’t have an edge they are trying to resorting to every trick in the book to grab the posts, BRS alleges.

And I think today was an important turning point—that abuse of power should never be accepted, especially in public office. So I think this is an important moment of resetting for the institution. But I don’t think our work is done. Personally, I believe that the fact these women felt they had to go public in the first place is a failure of our systems. They went public because they didn’t feel there was any other avenue that would actually deliver justice.

I REPEAT - Kerala is the most anti-national state in India! After seeing what is happening in Kerala around needless glorification of beef, I am convinced Kerala was the first state that alienated itself from the nationalistic scheme of things. Kerala is the very first state to embrace Communism. No wonder the state’s politics is caught between Congress and Communists. I wrote this quoted piece long back and feel happy that I did and I can’t express in words how vindicated I feel. Kerala is the most anti-national state in India, and Tamil Nadu is not far behind!

The RSS believes that India is one idea and we believe that India is a multiplicity of ideas. We believe that everybody should be allowed to participate, allowed to dream, and given space regardless of their caste, language, religion, tradition or history. This is the fight, and the fight was crystallised in the election when millions of people in India clearly understood that the Prime Minister of India was attacking the Constitution of India. Every single word that I have said to you is in the Constitution. The foundation of modern India is the Constitution. What people understood in the election clearly, and I saw it happening when I used to raise the Constitution, people understood what I was saying. They were saying that the BJP is attacking our tradition, attacking our language, attacking our states, attacking our histories. Most importantly, what they understood was that anybody who is attacking the Constitution of India is also attacking our religious tradition. That is why in my first speech in Parliament you must have noticed when I describe Abhayamudra, the fact that this is a symbol of fearlessness and it is present in every single Indian religion. When I was saying this, the BJP could not stand it. They don't understand, and we are going to make them understand. The other thing that happened was that the fear of the BJP vanished. We saw that immediately, within minutes of the election result, nobody in India was scared of the BJP or the Prime Minister of India. So these are huge achievements, not of Rahul Gandhi or the Congress party. We are peripheral. These are huge achievements of the people of India who realised democracy, of the people of India who realised that we are not going to accept an attack on our Constitution. today i feel like i did here in this video- 😭 june2022- i was at the absolute sickest of my vaxinjury- most nights lying in bed with thinking if i would even wake up in the morning- i was only 5% functioning at the time- could crawl to the bathroom and i couldn’t complete any activities of daily living- could barely get a sentence and words out- the TV and any kind of noise was too much to tolerate- i couldn’t process words or what people were saying and just hearing the purring of my cat debilitated me-i was a shell of a person- barely alive i don’t know if my brain is changing from the encephalitis or i’m trying to grieve my old life and body- all i know is this is where im at currently and it’s not a good time- i hope i can come out of this pit of hell soon bc it’s dark and very lonely 😭😭 the public must see this/ this is what being poisoned is like- waking up everyday to this torture is very tiresome- esp going on year 4 of being abandoned by govt and hidden/censored from the public - i pray i will live long enough to see justice being served bc these people need to pay for what they’ve done✊✊ but im also a realistic in realizing nothing will be done- it hasn’t in 4 years? will it ever 🥲🥲💜🐭
