First of all there's no such thing as "emotional intelligence", it's just female brabble to gaslight men to accept their erratic behavior. There is controlling your emotions, something most women don't have!

Emotional intelligence is the ability to read the room. To understand what is being said, without it being said. Like discernment. Or being aware of a wolf in sheep’s wool, or a trickster spirit, or an emotionally manipulative person. Basically being aware of vibes one is aware.
