Satisfied in His promises, sin loses its grip. Admit. Pray. Trust. Act. Thank. Needed this.

Grace that keeps giving does not make obedience optional; it makes it possible. Arminian readers hear a real call to keep trusting and resisting sin; Reformed readers hear preserving grace that produces perseverance. Both point the weak back to Christ, not self-reliance.

The caution is this: holiness is not achieved by a technique, even a good one. “Admit. Pray. Trust. Act. Thank.” can be helpful, but the power is not in the formula. The power is in the Holy Spirit applying the Word of God to a heart that is looking to Christ. ✝️ “Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.” Galatians 5:16

Amen,

Sin lost its grip at the cross. Not sure what youre on about?

The name of the Lord is a strong Tower, the just will run there & safe he will be 💞

IS THERE A LIVING SOUL IN THE FIRST MAN? NO

Admit, pray, trust, act, thank. That order has helped me in a Wednesday study more than trying harder ever did.
