Our Blue Ghost Mission 2 milestones are stacking up... 22 feet to be exact! The team completed structure qualification testing at NASA JPL on our fully stacked Blue Ghost lander and Elytra Dark orbiter model. After a series of vibration and acoustic tests, this milestone helps prove our spacecraft are equipped to withstand the intense environments they’ll experience during launch and in transit to the Moon. GM. Quick update on our boy. There was a small amount of blood in ChooChoo's stool last night. At 14, we don't take chances, so we brought him in late to run tests. Sending you notes as I talk with the vet: - Cyst on the left kidney, stones on the right (calcium buildup causes the stones) - Nothing else stands out as a concern - His heart looks great That last one got me. He had a heart murmur and high blood pressure when we rescued him at 9. Today, at 14, his heart looks great. We're adding a few things to his protocol and we'll share what and why. We'll also have some solid developments soon for the community rallying around him. 🐾 More good years. Together.

During the reintegration phase, we help our dependent orphans transition to their wild lives by offering a safe, supportive environment in which they can learn from and mingle freely with wild elephants, ex-orphans, and their families. This scene captures how naturally these dynamics unfold: The big bull, known as ‘Customer Number One’, is a wild elephant who often arrives early to join the orphans for breakfast. On this morning, he lined up beside ex-orphan Chyulu (far left) and her wild-born sons, Cheka and Charli, surrounded by our dependent herd. Accidentally ran an accuracy test on our MicroFactory robotic arm. I had to disassemble the base for some improvements. To keep testing consistent for our already-trained models, I quickly built an improvised setup to recreate the previous calibration. After removing and reinstalling the motors, I was able to restore their position within 0.002°. Positioning repeatability was at least 0.01 mm at 300 mm reach. This isn’t a full accuracy test — a proper one would require more planes and indicators with resolution at least an order of magnitude better than the measured values. But anyway, this accuracy is sufficient for all of our assembly tasks.

Meet Gruff the buff. Yesterday, our SWT/Meru Veterinary Unit got a call to collect a newborn buffalo, which had been abandoned. We scooped the baby and brought it to Kaluku, where Keeper Joseph offered a warm welcome, before we tucked the young male into a freshly prepared stable to allow him to settle after a traumatic 24 hours. Gruff is one of many wild orphans currently in our care. With your help, we’ll provide for his daily needs and when he’s grown and ready, he’ll reclaim his place in the wild. I love this, so I made a minimalist version for myself. When an agent is running in Codex, Pac-Man is eating 👾 and becomes all big and green 🤢 when the agent is done, so I know it's time to prompt again. On hover, the notch expands to show the list of running and completed threads. Edward Luo came up with a banger, and I think the Codex team should consider adding this natively because it's really nice 🤗
