When military men and women in uniform march, they march with tight timing and in lockstep as a sign of pride. These soldiers couldn’t be further from marching in lockstep. It’s clear that they don’t want to be a part of Trump’s Dictator Parade — and are just phoning it in.

This was 2013 Obama was president and our Military was strong and proud.

this is not marching step. it's casual walking. literally watch any European nation, how they march from the hips with strict step. this is synced fast walk while walking a dog. and today's walk was, out of sync walk. there is no much difference between two videos.
