He must act decisively and remove the Minister of Water and Sanitation, the Premier of Gauteng, the Mayor of Johannesburg, and the Rand Water Board. When taps run dry, when infrastructure collapses, and when communities are left without water, it is not a technical glitch, it is a failure of leadership. Accountability must start at the top
