When the cover is better than the original

There isn’t a single Beatles cover better than the original

Oh fiona apple the woman you are

Me when I tell lies

When the cover is better than the original you should probably post a recording of a cover that is better than the original.

Just In: Fiona Apple Shot John Lennon.

Doin’ Time by Lana Del Rey.

This is a cover? Of who

There is no point to decide which one is better. Fiona is genius.

Monumental moment and perfect music video to tie into Pleasantville

We gotta just admit to ourselves that any cover of a Beatles song is better than when the Beatles sang it im so sorry please don’t kill me

Obviously you're talking about this one

I would listen to this on loop when I walked into school every morning in my sophomore year

i got jumped by brazilian beatles fans for tweeting this last year

Cover so good I thought he actually scored Spartacus

Um…

@FionneOrlander This style of singing, as if you're half asleep, is too mannered and spoils the song. It seems to be a craze amongst young female vocalists.

I wouldnt say its better but its also an incredible cover. Both, both are good.

They exist. But this isn't one. Not saying it's bad at all, but it's kinda dull. And I mean by her standards. Aurora's live cover is better. And then in turn, Ane Bruns cover of Aurora's All is Soft Inside. And Buckley's Hallelujah is the droids you are looking for.

this one:

@FionneOrlander Actual cover that is better than the original :-)

This ain’t it, chief

Fiona is good but come on

literally fuck The Beatles, across the universe? you mean the song by Fiona Apple?????

She really did that

Por favor parem de espalhar essa mentira como se fosse algo normal Amo a fiona mas isso é heresia

ended them

Only someone under 30 would make such a silly claim.

Or - when the 21st century baby warble is just what you’d expect.

😳??? This can never be better than the original version

mas esse é o original bbr

Not in this case.

Except it’s not.
