I was thinking more like a sidearm-only fiesta type mode. I've found it difficult to level handguns since its usually better to pick someone else's primary off the ground than to bother using them. So it would be nice to have a mode where they shine.

Yes! Though this will not be the case after the end of the item's "launch season" to avoid a lot of bloat in the UI.

Maybe it would be cool to add some sort of catalogue that has all of the cosmetics avaliable for purchase (by either splitcoin or proelium) so people can buy other old cosmetics they like without bloating the UI
