This isn’t about partisanship; it’s about bureaucrats weaponizing intelligence to shield failed policies. The Heritage Foundation’s 2024 paper exposed how D.C. elites tilt PDB content to serve political narratives instead of ground truth. Real reform means dismantling diversity offices that prioritize ideology over expertise and enforcing ruthless accountability for leaks.
