In my C-141 flying NASA personnel to the tracking station on Ascension Island in the South Atlantic to monitor the flight. We heard about the explosion on the radios. It was a very quiet flight. 😢

In high school, Mr. Binghams Science class.. It was a challenging day. McAulliff was from our school district. You realize when you reach for the stars, you sometimes fall together but we all rised up and reached again. We had to, it's our fabric of whom we are..Americans.
