The law has been in place now for the last seven years and has not been acted on, to the detriment of the Irish people and the Irish criminal justice system". Una calls on the Garda Commissioner, the Minister for Justice and the CSO to URGENTLY review PULSE so that nationality and ethnicity are recorded as a mandatory field.
