A year ago, almost to the day, Rick Scott flew out to my property and we discussed putting together a tax relief bill for disaster victims, and true to his word...the man got it done. You actually can get things done and have a positive impact on your community when you work with people who genuinely care. I'll never stop fighting for my city, and all of us in the Palisades are grateful to Senator Scott for his work. When everyone else abandoned us, he showed up, and he's still fighting for us.
