When therapy doesn’t work, get a coach. If you pathologize everyday experiences you’ll be so busy examining emotional wounds that you will never develop the resilience necessary for life's actual challenges.

I promise you, taking action and moving on, will deliver results faster than ruminating ever will.

The crypto journey isn’t for the faint-hearted. Hundreds of red days. Dozens of boring days. A handful of euphoric days. But those who stay patient see the 20x–50x returns everyone dreams of. Survival is simple...do nothing. Let time do the heavy lifting. How do you keep calm during the slow days?

A strategy generally works better than rumination.

100% - Your reality is shaped by the words you speak. If you continue to wallow in the negative past, your present will continue to feel like it. (Obviously there are cases where people have had massively traumatic experiences like child abuse that needs to be resolved. But 90%+ of people in therapy...probably not the case)

Absolutely. In some cases where people need to process pain and trauma, therapy can be helpful, but for most of us, we need to take action and become stronger.

Therapists who know how to coach are amazing.

Modern therapy has gone down an awkward road. Many coaches fill in the area that good therapy used to fill. More focus on accepting where we're at and aiming for positive change than trying to untangle the past is needed. I'm on track to becoming a therapist and the widespread availability of mental health services paired with the exploding abundance of mental health concerns is a large part of what attracted me to the field. Something needs to change. We need to be helping people get to a better place, not consistently dragging their focus onto why they are in a bad one.
