UPDATE: Footage of American citizen Hersh Goldberg-Polin, who went missing after Hamas attacked the festival in Israel, has surfaced of him alive with his arm blown off Hersh’s bone was protruding from his body according to the footage. The incident happened when 11 grenades were thrown into the shelter where Hersh was with his friends. Hersh’s friend, Aner Shapira, died defending him and 27 others and was able to throw 8 grenades back. “All the eyewitnesses said there were 11 grenades thrown [into the shelter], and Aner threw out eight,” Hersh’s parents explained. Shapira reportedly was found dead with a grenade still in his hand. Hero.

Earlier tonight, Hamas released a new video of him, taken while he was being held hostage in the tunnels underneath Gaza. This must serve as an immediate wake-up call to the world to take action today to secure the release of the remaining 101 hostages before it is too late. No other family should go through what our family (and the families of the other recently executed hostages) have endured."

How silent and passive certain people in power in the West remain also says a lot.
