Who’s the middle men? Who’s grabbing the kids and women? If you’re a child or woman and find a colored rag or small colored flag tied to your door, window or anywhere on your car, you are being hunted. Call the police, report it and stay on the phone with them, take the colored flag or rag off right then and get somewhere safe quickly, even as you’re driving. Make sure someone is waiting for you that you know well where you will be parking your car. Teach this to your young children.
