THIS is what a LONG TRACK Supercell looks like ⬇️ 🌪️ Today featured a LONG TRACK Supercell that produced multiple Tornadoes, including a potentially SIGNIFICANT Tornado near Bloomington, Indiana. 📏In total, this Storm tracked over 150 miles while maintaining impressive structure for much of its life cycle. 🌪️ It was essentially its own Tornado factory. This is exactly what meteorologists mean when we talk about LONG TRACK Tornadoes and Supercells. 🙏Please pray for the people of Bloomington, IN. God please be with anyone affected by tonight's Tornados. 👊 See you on the next one, my brotheren

Don’t let perfect be the enemy of good enough. When it comes to working out sometimes all you need is a few minutes if you use that the right way with intensity and going beyond what you did last time. This is the concept of progressive overload and this is what you need to make progress in the gym. you don’t need two hours of workouts that completely drains you in order to make progress and be healthy. in fact, some of my best workouts arrive when I’m on a time crunch and the quality and intensity and effort of the exercise exercises have to be on point.

Something is NOT right in our skies… There has been not one, not two, but THREE “Tornado Emergency” warnings from the National Weather Service in the past THREE DAYS at various locations all across our country. 😳⚠️🌪️ I have NEVER seen that before, and I have tracked the weather for a long, long time. Just to give some perspective, a “Tornado Emergency” event is supposed to be EXTREMELY RARE. They are reserved only for the MOST violent, and devastating Tornadoes that threaten heavily populated areas. It’s NOT every day you see one of those. It’s FAR past time we start to address the HUGE elephant in the room, WEATHER MODIFICATION. You CANNOT discount the FACT that our Government IS altering the weather, and this is somehow “normal”. That would be very disingenuous. They are also trying to BLOCK OUT THE SUN, and .Bill Gates is FUNDING that effort. If you think that these actions aren’t accelerating VIOLENT weather patterns, then you have another thing coming!
