There are moments in life when trouble seems to surround us on every side. The headlines are troubling, our circumstances are uncertain, and the burdens we carry can feel overwhelming. Yet Scripture reveals a remarkable truth: trouble is often the gateway to discovering the power of God. We cannot know God as our Healer until we need healing. There is something extraordinary about having direct access to someone in authority. In the world's system, people spend fortunes trying to gain influence with those who hold power. Yet as believers, we have been given something far greater. Through the name of Jesus Christ, we have direct access to the Creator of heaven and earth. We don't require an appointment, a recommendation, or a waiting list. God's invitation is simple: "Call upon Me and I will show you great and mighty things which you do not know." The throne room of heaven is open to every child of God who comes in faith. We are not powerless spectators in life's struggles. We are members of God's family, blood relatives because of the Cross, with the privilege of entering His presence at any moment. Whether facing trials, uncertainty, sickness, or impossible circumstances, we can rejoice knowing that Almighty God hears our prayers. Today, exercise your privilege as a child of God. Call upon Him, rejoice in His presence, and remember that through faith in Christ, you have direct access to the awesome power of heaven.

Hey there, folks. About to go for a run here in Connecticut, and I realized today is the National Day of Prayer. I just want to say how glorious it is that we live in a country with a National Day of Prayer. It’s on our coins: “In God We Trust.” We have to understand that faith in the God of the Bible is central to who we are as a nation. It always has been. I write about that in the book Revolution. Next weekend, on May 17th, we are publicly rededicating the nation to God. I’ll be there, and I hope you will too. On this National Day of Prayer, take a moment to thank God that we live in a nation that acknowledges Him in this way. God bless you, and God bless America.

🙏🏻✝️🕊️This kid is special and he’s got God, listen to what he says; A lot of people believe that being a "good person" is enough to get into heaven-but the truth is, that belief can be dangerous. The Bible makes it clear that our standard of "good" isn't the same as God's. Jesus said that only God is truly good, and Romans 3:23 reminds us that all have sinned and fall short of His glory. No matter how kind, generous, or moral we try to be, we can't reach perfection on our own. And heaven requires perfection-a standard none of us can meet by our own efforts. That's why we need Jesus. Jesus lived the perfect, sinless life we couldn't live, and He took our sin upon Himself so we could be forgiven and made right with God. Salvation isn't something we earn through good deeds-it's a gift of grace received through faith in Him. When we truly put our trust in Jesus, repent of our sin, and follow Him, our lives begin to change. Good works don't save us-but they become the evidence of a transformed heart. Don't rely on being "good enough." None of us are. Put your trust in the One who is. Choose Jesus, walk in repentance, and live in the grace that only He can give.

God has waited for Africa for a long time. I share this conviction as I welcome the mission of the Mantle of Deborah and A Million Women Prayer Movements, and I pray that God will raise a million women in Uganda to pray for our nation so that we can rise and become what God intended Africa to be. I have no doubt that God will answer, and all the honor and glory will go back to Him. When women rise up and are determined to do something, they do it. If we all rise up and pray, I can't imagine how much more God is going to do for all of us.

They tell us that we are powerless, that we cannot stand, that the battle is already lost. . But they are wrong. For it is not by our strength, nor by the might of our hands, that we prevail. It is through the power of the Almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth, that victory is assured. By His name, enemies are scattered and by His will, the forces of darkness tremble and flee. . And so, my brothers and sisters, when the shadows close in and the adversary presses hard against you, do not trust in your own strength. For it will fail. But call upon the name of the Lord and you will find a strength not your own, a power that will lift you above the fray. It is through Him that we push back our enemies. It is His name that grants us the courage to trample the forces that seek to undo us. . Do not fear when the battle rages, for you do not stand alone. The Lord of Hosts fights for you. His arm is strong, His power is eternal. And His victory is certain. Lift up your hearts to Him, for it is through His name that we overcome.
