This dairy exemption is 100% for Quebec again. Imagine having this much power and sway over the federal government and then Quebec dumps millions of liters of milk to create a shortage. 😳🤯

On the other hand, the U.S. imports only about $293 million in dairy products from Canada each year, significantly less than what it exports to Canada.
