I think the CEO is missing the mark on what Uber Eats aims to achieve! A good problem statement should be clear and concise, capturing the core issue in just one line. This simplicity helps pinpoint the main challenge that needs to be tackled.

After six months of resistance, Kalanick agreed to Droege's suggestion.  Uber Eats is now one of the most popular food-on-demand delivery apps, with partnerships with about 800,000 restaurants and services in over 11,000 cities.

The way he explained it is NOT how it works. They don’t put the food in the car and THEN you order.

Uber Eats is way too expensive now. So I order the whole menu to make it worth it.
